The National Association of Nigeria Colleges of Education Students (NANCES) Campus Monitoring Committee, Kwara State leadership, paid a courtesy visit to the Kwara State Governor's Office on [Date]. The delegation was led by the Chairperson, Sen. Aroyehun Eniola Latifat, and included the General Secretary, Sen. Sheu Ayomide Ramat, and Commr. Adebayo Fathia Ololade.
The purpose of the visit was to pay a courtesy call on the Senior Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Students Matters, Amb. Commr. Abdulsalam Salami Onidugbe, and discuss matters pertaining to the welfare of NANCESITE. The meeting provided an opportunity for the NANCES leadership to engage with the Governor's representative on issues affecting students in Colleges of Education across the state.
During the meeting, the NANCES delegation highlighted key areas of concern that impact the welfare and academic success of students. These included infrastructural development, access to quality education, and student support services. The delegation also sought the assistance of the state government in addressing these challenges and promoting a conducive learning environment for students.
Amb. Commr. Abdulsalam Salami Onidugbe received the delegation warmly and assured them of the state government's commitment to supporting students' welfare. He noted that the government is dedicated to creating an enabling environment that fosters academic excellence and promotes the well-being of students.
